Built in 1574, these two tower rooms offer guests the most spectacular views of the Eternal City, with Piazza Venezia, the Imperial & Roman Forums and St. Peter's Basilica in the distance, all from our humble university on the Quirinal Hill, one of the seven hills of Rome.

During this holy time (now extended through the Easter season!), we have been given a unique opportunity – a generous donor agreed to match donations up to USD$29,000/€26,249 to renovate our historic Tower Rooms (Sala Professori)! These two rooms, built in 1574, were part of an ancient monastery of Dominican Nuns for hundreds of years (the same community which St. Dominic founded in Rome).  Now they have become part of the public space of the university. We want to restore them immediately! We do not have any other space where we can welcome friends and alumni for this size of a room. Also more meeting space for the university is needed.  We want to be able to welcome guests in these newly restored rooms – please help us! (rooms will also be used for meeting spaces for the university)

EVERY $/€ GIVEN FOR THIS PROJECT WILL BE MATCHED – therefore, no donation is too small!

The rooms have not been renovated for over 85 years and are in need of major upgrade. Our plan is to transform them with new windows, quality furnishings, inspirational art, and heat/air conditioning, providing hospitality and warm meeting spaces with some of the best views of the Eternal City.  See current photos of rooms and the architect’s detail sketches of the plan.

We are very grateful to our donors!  We receive no funding from the Vatican, and rely exclusively on donations from our friends and alumni (mostly priests/sisters) to continue our work of educating leaders for the Church all over the world.
