Content

The problem: educating to justice or legality? – The terms of the problem: a) education (education/training, value horizon and wholeness dimension); b) “justice” and “legality”” – Education, justice and legality in the “liquid society” – The cultural context and the “dictatorship of relativism”- Ethical reflexes: substantial morality and formal morality – The Thomist contribution: the natural law in S. Thomas – The concept of “objective moral order” and contemporary culture – Actuality of natural law in a genuinely Thomist sense – Education and “power”: the risks of formal legality – Concrete paths of education to justice.
