Content

The course will deal with the general theological aspects of the Bible such as, its reality as the word of God, inspiration, the truth of the Bible and biblical canon. The course further aims to provide an introduction to hermeneutical and exegetical method. There will then be a consideration of the hermeneutical principles underlying some of the more recent trends. In this regard, particular attention will be given to the catholic hermeneutical principles.
