Introduzione

This course introduces students to the field of philosophical ethics and intends to explore the complexity of human act, through the notions of end/mean, choice and intention, freedom and responsibility, deliberation and practical rationality. In particular, the reading of Aristotle’s Nicomachean Ethics, books VIII-IX, will be the starting point for approaching other following philosophical texts on friendship.
