Pope names Angelicum alumnus new Auxiliary Bishop of Lingayen-Dagupan Archdiocese, Philippines
Pope Francis has appointed Angelicum alumnus Fr. Fidelis Layog as Auxiliary Bishop of the Archdiocese of Lingayen-Dagupan, Philippines.
In 2003, Fr. Fidelis obtained a degree in Biblical Theology from the Pontifical University of St. Thomas in Rome. Click here for his full biography.
