Course Description
This seminar will consider what the Thomist approach to other religions is, whether it be as a theology of non-Christian religions, or theological engagement with the thought of non-Christian traditions. It will consider texts from Aquinas’ works, the subsequent use of Aquinas in later theology, as well as examine the Thomist character of modern Catholic teaching on other religions and engagement with their thought.
Bibliography
Material relevant to the issues addressed will be made available to the students during the seminar itself
