Dogma and Morals as One in St. Thomas Aquinas’s Theology

Professor

Course Description

The course delves into the intrinsic connection between dogma and morals in St. Thomas by looking at the moral implications of some key dogmatic subjects and the dogmatic underpinnings of some key moral topics. The participants in the Seminar are required to research one such topic in Aquinas and focus on the new knowledge one acquires by studying it within the dogma-morals connection.
