Course Description

This course addresses the main features of Christological Revelation, Christian Faith, Catholic Tradition, Scriptures and Dogma, and some issues connected with the inspiration and interpretation of Scriptures. Revelation and Tradition are investigated in a close link. Faith is dealt with according to its Biblical Economy and to Thomas Aquinas’ Summa Theologiae. The course includes a close reading of Vatican II, Dei Verbum 1-13, with the debates attached to its reception.
