Course Description
The course aims to offer students an exhaustive overview of canonical marriage law and canonical processual law, with particular attention to the process for the declaration of nullity of marriage in the light of the reform implemented by the Holy Father Francis with the M.P. Mitis Iudex Dominus Iesus. The discussion of the discipline will take place with the precise objective of helping students to grasp the profoundly human and pastoral dimension underlying the causes for the declaration of nullity of marriage.
