Course Description
Study of spiritual texts from the Christian tradition (eg. First Letter of St John; St Ignatius of Antioch: Letter to the Romans; St Augustine: Confessions; The Cloud of Unknowing). Particular focus on the following themes: God’s saving mercy, the ascetical and mystical life, growth in prayer and holiness, and contemporary spirituality.
