Course Description
Veritatis Splendor 46-50 emphasizes “the place of the human body in questions of natural law” ( 48). This course elucidates the Church’s teaching on issues such as abortion,contraception, and homosexual acts by showing how it is grounded in an understanding of the human person as psychosomatically constituted. It also demonstrates how the anthropology of detractors of Church teaching is in effect dualistic.
