Brief biography
Fr Alan Joseph Adami, O.P. is a Maltese Dominican Priest. After joining the Dominican Order in 2012, he obtained a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and Classics from the University of Malta in 2015. During this period he founded the ‘Melita Classica’, a peer-reviewed journal of the Malta Classics Association. Pursuing theological studies at the Dominican Studium in Dublin, he obtained another bachelor’s degree in Sacred Theology in 2018. Then, following his ordination to the priesthood in the same year, he obtained a Licentiate in Sacred Theology from the Pontifical University of St Thomas Aquinas, Rome in 2020. Currently, Fr Adami is reading for a Doctorate in Sacred theology at the Pontifical University of St Thomas Aquinas, Rome.
