Course Description
We will examine Roman Catholic, Orthodox, and Reform/Protestant theologies of Judaism and focus on key thinkers such as Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger/Pope Benedict and Jacques Maritain; Fr Sergi Bulgakov; and Karl Barth. We will also engage with some key theological issues regarding post-Vatican II developments such as the status of the land of Israel.
