Brief biography
Prof. Marcelo Solórzano, OP was born in Nicaragua and is a member of the Dominican Province of St. Martin de Porres, USA. He is currently the Director of the ISSR Mater Ecclesiae at the Angelicum. He has served as Secretary General, Chair of the Spirituality Section and full-time teaching at the Pontifical University of St. Thomas Aquinas. He teaches in the spirituality section courses in the area of Early Christian Asceticism and Monasticism. He has served as formator and governmental positions as member of the Dominican Order of Preachers.
