Content

The course introduces the formal and material aspects of philosophical methodology. Students learn to reference and cite primary and secondary sources especially St. Thomas Aquinas’ philosophical texts. The student is also introduced to selected reading texts of St Thomas to indicate the causal structure of a medieval quaestio and key terminological notions such as demonstration, analysis, and synthesis.
