Pope Francis appoints Angelicum alumnus to lead Diocese of Helena (USA)

The Holy Father has appointed Bishop of Helena (U.S.A.) Rev. Austin Vetter of the clergy of the diocese of Bismarck (North Dakota), until now Rector of the Holy Spirit Cathedral in Bismarck.
