Celebration for Fr. Paul Murray, O.P. for his Years of Service at the Angelicum

After over thirty years of teaching, research and writing as a professor at the Angelicum, Fr. Paul Murray, o.p. will retire at the end of this Spring semester.

While the Angelicum community regrets his impending departure, the University is also grateful for his many years of faithful service. On Saturday, March 9th, therefore, the University, the Faculty of Theology and the Institute of Spirituality will celebrate Fr. Paul Murray.

Bishop Robert Barron will celebrate and preach an evening Mass (4pm) at the Angelicum chapel (of Sts. Dominic and Sixtus), which will be followed (at 5pm) by a celebratory lecture offered by Fr. Robert Ombres, o.p. in the Aula Minor. Fr. Murray will then offer his own reflections (again in the Aula Minor), which will be followed by reception in the Sala Colonne.
