Congratulations to Angelicum Alumnus bishop-elect Monsignor David L. Toups
The Holy Father has nominated Msgr. David L. Toups the Bishop of the Diocese of Beaumont, Texas, USA. A clergy of the Diocese of St. Petersburg, Florida, he has been serving as Rector of St Vincent de Paul Regional Seminary in Boynton Beach since 2012. Bishop-elect Toups earned his Doctorate in Sacred Theology from the Angelicum in 2004. Congratulations, Msgr. Toups, from your Angelicum family and Roman alma mater!
