Description: Plato wrote that whereas the Good escapes us, it has taken refuge in the Beautiful (Philebus,64e). But are we still capable and worthy of an experience of Beauty? Modern art shifted its aim from the Beautiful to the Interesting and broke its relationship with the Good and the True. How can we recover their lost kinship?
