Letter from Institutions – COVID protocol for the Angelicum

Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ-

As you know, reopening an institution in this time of COVID requires certain protocols to ensure the safety and health of all its members. The Angelicum is doing all it can to prevent and mitigate the spread of the virus on the campus. In order to do so, we are asking for your collaboration.
Knowing that many of our students travel from abroad to attend the Angelicum, we request that each institution provide the University with a letter that includes the following information:

  1. Names of students for the current academic year
  2. That the student has performed the 14-day quarantine upon arrival in Italy or
  3. That the student did not leave your institution during the summer and therefore has not been required to quarantine
  4. That your Institution has provisions for those who may need to quarantine/isolate if necessary

Please submit your original letter and your Institute’s protocols to the Administration office by September 30. You may drop the documents off at reception in an envelope to the attention of: Administration Office/CLS. Alternatively, you may send a copy of your protocols via email to [email protected].

To submit your letter by post please send it to:

Pontifical University of St. Thomas Aquinas
Administration Office/CLS
Largo Angelicum, 1
00184 Roma

If you would like a copy of our protocols, please visit: https://angelicum.it/coronavirus/. Thank you for your assistance and may the good Lord keep you all healthy.

In Christ,

Sr. Maria Silva, OP
Director of Administration
