The Faculty of Social Sciences of the Angelicum invites you to a presentation in English on 30 November, from 4.30 to 6.30 p.m., with Stefano Menghinello, one of the top managers of the Italian statistics agency, ISTAT, with the provocative title:
“Italy viewed through the lens of official statistics: a country of ice cream sellers and pizza cooks, or something else?”.
The reason for this initiative is twofold:
– to help our English-speaking community here at PUST to better understand the country they live in
– to help our student body understand the importance of data to help us understand God’s wonderful world and how we, as Christians, must work within it to spread the Gospel.
