FORMAL INVITATION: May 7th, 2019 International Conference | Education for Action: The Urgency of Interreligious Leadership for the Global Good

On behalf of the John Paul II Center for Interreligious Dialogue, the Russell Berrie Foundation and the Pontifical University of St. Thomas Aquinas (the Angelicum), you are cordially invited to an international conference celebrating the 10th Anniversary of the John Paul II Center for Interreligious Dialogue and the Russell Berrie Fellowship in Interreligious Studies at the Angelicum. The conference, entitled EDUCATION FOR ACTION: The Urgency of Interreligious Leadership for the Global Good, will focus on the power of interfaith leadership in bringing about positive change and highlights examples of inspiring initiatives taking place from grassroots activism to leading and influencing policymakers in both secular and religious institutions.

The conference will take place between 12:30 and 7:00 pm on May 7, 2019 at the Angelicum (Largo Angelicum 1, Rome, 00184). The agenda includes a Marketplace of Ideas Fair, an Interactive Panel discussing how Interfaith Leaders move from education to action as well as a Celebratory Event featuring program leaders and alumni showcasing the impact of the John Paul II Center and the Russell Berrie Fellowship.
