In Memoriam: fr. Paolo Garuti, OP

On 22 February 2023 Fr Paolo GARUTI, O.P. of the San Domenico Province in Italy, a friar of our friary of San Domenico and Sisto in Urbe, Professor at the Faculty of Theology, passed away. He was born on 13 August 1955
He made his profession 14 December 1975
Ordained priest 6 June 1981

Father Paolo Garuti’s funeral will take place on Saturday 25 February at 10.30 a.m. in the Basilica San Domenico in Bologna and he will be buried in the Friars’ Burial Ground in Bologna.

The Mass in memory of Fr. Paolo Garuti, O.P., will be celebrated on 28 February at 12.25 pm at the Church of Saints Dominic and Sixtus by Fr. Thomas Joseph White, O.P. Rector of Our University.
